Team Registration
is open at Soccer Indoors until July 1st.
Summer '10
Season will begin July 12th and is open to Youth and Adult Teams.
Youth Teams - $425.00; Adult - $475.00.
ALL NEWLY REGISTERED TEAMS ARE
REQUIRED TO SUBMIT TEAM FEE IN FULL AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.
THERE IS A $25 LATE FEE IF YOUR TEAM FEE IS NOT PAID IN FULL
BY THE END OF THE 1ST GAME, NOT THE BEGINNING
OF THE 2ND!!! IF YOUR TEAM FEE IS NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE 1st
GAME, THERE WILL BE A $25 LATE FEE ADDED AFTER EACH
GAME THE FEE IS NOT PAID. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Soccer Indoors may be rented at a rate of $65.00 per hour,
if interested, please contact Soccer Indoors.
Team fee is to be paid by team captain
in one full payment to Soccer Indoors, multiple payments of
team fee will no longer be accepted.
Exisiting Team Registration
is not complete until your non-refundable $50 deposit is mailed
to Soccer Indoors. If you do not mail in your deposit, your
team will be dropped prior to the start of the season. Newly
formed teams must submit payment in full at time of registration.

Information for the Captains
Soccer Indoors has the final decision regarding team divisions.
Game Times
6:00pm-11:00pm Monday - Friday,
8:00am-11:00pm Saturday,
and 1:00pm-11:00pm on Sunday. All teams must agree to play within these times.
Games will not be rescheduled unless cancelled by Soccer Indoors
due to weather or other circumstances.
TO ALL TEAMS
ALL ROSTERS MUST BE TURNED IN BY THE BEGINNING OF THE THIRD
GAME OR ALL GAMES THEREAFTER WILL BE COUNTED AS A FORFEIT!
PLAYERS CAN BE ADDED UP TO THE 3RD GAME, TO
ADD SOMEONE TO YOUR TEAM AFTER THE 3RD GAME SOMEONE HAS TO BE
REMOVED FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON!!
You may only submit an add/drop form twice in a season, any
more than two must be approved by the managment of Soccer Indoors.
You may not use add/drop if you have not submitted a roster
by the 3rd game.

OR MULTIPLE TEAM FEE PAYMENTS!
